Cyclones ZM 300

超遠心粉砕機ZM200のバッチ粉砕での最大処理量は300mlです。これよりも多い量をまとめて粉砕したい場合は、サイクロンキットが最適です。高速回転するローターにより生じる遠心力により、試料はサイキロンキットの容器へと運ばれます。容器はステンレス製で5L、3Lがあり、それぞれ最大で2.5L、4.5Lの試料を受ける事ができます。
サイクロンキットの更なる利点は、空冷効果です。熱に敏感な試料の粉砕や、粉砕時に発生する熱の発生を極力抑えたい場合のご使用をお勧め致します。フィルターバック式と産業掃除機式の2つの方法があります。掃除機は強制的にサイクロン効果を生み出すので、フィルターバック式よりも更なる空冷効果を得る事ができます。
ドライアイスを用いた凍結粉砕を行う際は、サイクロンキットを使う事で、気化したガスと粉体の飛散を防ぐので、実験室を汚さずに、しかも安全に作業を行う事ができます。
250ml、500mlのガラス製容器も取り付け可能なので、少量試料にもお使い頂けます。
