BB 200は、さまざまな破壊ジョーと摩耗プレート材料を使用できるため、望ましくない材料の摩耗なしに汚染のない粉砕が可能です。

ご注意ください：
破砕ツールの材料は、破砕するサンプルよりも硬くする必要があります。

材料の詳細については、注文データリストの最後にあるドキュメント「機器および付属品の材料組成」を参照してください。

 

•     マンガン鋼（密度7.8 g / cm3;硬度35 HRC）：

    中硬から硬くて脆いサンプル材料の粉砕に使用されます。マンガン鋼は加圧下で圧縮されるため、材料は時間とともに硬くなります。

•     ステンレス鋼（密度7.8 g / cm3;硬度550 HV）：

    中硬度から硬質、脆性、非腐食性のサンプル材料の粉砕に使用されます。

•     タングステンカーバイド（密度14.8 g / cm3;硬度1200 HV）：

    非常に硬くて脆いサンプル材料の破砕に使用されます（モース硬度は最大7-8）。タングステンカーバイドを使用することにより、サンプルの鉄による汚染が防止されます。

•     スチール1.1750 / 1.0344（密度7.8 g / cm3;硬度52-60 HRC）：

    主に、中硬から硬くて脆いサンプル材料の粉砕に使用されます。重金属を含まないサンプルの均質化。
