研削セットは、高いサンプルスループットと高い機械的ひずみのような過酷な条件下での使用を想定して設計されています。

加振ディスクミル RS 200 用の研削セットは、ディスクと蓋付きの研削壺で構成されます。100 ml と 250 ml の研削壺には追加の研削リングが付いています。

研削セットの安全で滑り止めの取り付けは、蓋とベースに統合された回転防止ロックによって保証されています。これらは O リングで完全に密閉されています。

効率的で汚染のない研削プロセスを確保するために、研削セットは 5 種類の材料（望ましくない摩耗なし）で利用できます。

材料の密度が高いほど投入エネルギーは増加します。軟質試料の粉砕には低から中程度の密度の材料を使用してください。
利用可能な材料

• 焼入れ鋼 (密度 7.6 g/cm³; 硬度≤ 250 HB, 中程度の耐摩耗性)
  
  
• 超硬合金 (密度 14.8 g/cm³; 硬度 93.6 HRA; 高耐摩耗性)
  非常に硬く脆い試料材料の研削に使用。超硬合金を使用することで、試料の鉄による汚染を防ぎます。
  
  
• 瑪瑙 (密度 2.6 g/cm³; 硬度 6.5 – 7 モース, 低摩耗性)

通常、中程度の硬い試料の粉砕�に適した高天然素材。エネルギーで粉砕�密度の砕���牙�に適しています。
