Selection help

The fluid bed dryer TG 200 can be equipped with a variety of containers and covers.

The 6 l drying container of glass or stainless steel is used for drying large sample amounts. The glass container allows visual control of the dispersion degree of the sample, during the drying process. Thus, the operator can directly adjust the air flow if necessary.

The glass drying container with 3 x 0.3 l volume is equipped with 3 removable glasses. It permits the simultaneous drying of three samples, also of different materials, under the same conditions. This helps to avoid cross contamination.

Container lids with filter fleece inserts are available as optional accessories for both containers. These can be easily exchanged after each drying process to avoid cross contamination. The filter fleece is mainly used for samples with a particle size below 100 μm. It allows for sample recovery with minimal loss.

Please note: The TG 200 is only suitable for drying samples with a particle size >63 µm.
