RETSCH establishes subsidiary in Russia
Retsch has established a new subsidiary in Russia. As of 05.04.2010 Retsch Rus will conduct business from their head office at Khimanalit Institute in St. Petersburg under the management of Mr. Sergey Vinogradov who headed the former distributor, RVS Ltd., also situated in St. Petersburg. The team is complemented by an application specialist, customer service representative, a service technician as well as a marketing responsible.
With the implementation of an own sales organization, Retsch emphasizes the growing importance of the Russian market. Retsch has been present in the market for many years and responded to the requirements of the Russian customers by offering the complete range of brochures, manuals, product videos and the website in Russian language. With Retsch Rus the customers now have direct access to the manufacturer and benefi t from fi rst hand information, dedicated product and service specialists, and an application center with the latest Retsch equipment where customer samples are tested free of charge.
